The Service Design certification is one of five ITIL® Service Lifecycle modules and provides the guidance that focuses on the design of IT services focusing on the architectures, processes, policies and documentation.

This course helps students to realise the importance of design process in a ITIL service cycle and enable them with skills to continually improve and develop IT services required by an organisation.

A good service design ensures a proper alignment of IT services with the overall business and this course provides the necessary relevant knowledge to the students and help them in passing the certification exam.
