Japanese (Beginners)

Level 1 classes are Beginner language classes - no prior learning is expected or catered for. You will learn how to speak, write and read and have the opportunity to continue on to Level 2 in the following term.

Are you captivated by Japan’s distinctive culture and unique traditions? Perhaps you want to understand their world more deeply before you explore the country. Balancing thousand-year-old traditions and contemporary trends, the Japanese culture is known for its faultless etiquette.

At the end of your course you will receive a Certificate of Completion, detailing what you studied, for how many hours, and your final level. While our courses are not accredited by any university or similar institution, we can dedicate a portion of your course to exam prep.

Learning Japanese is beneficial to anyone interested in doing business with Japan or for travel.  While you don't need to be fluent, you'll have a much easier time making your way around if you can communicate. Plus, the Japanese people will appreciate your effort to learn their language.
