Once a sound technique is established, students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as lyrical, theatre jazz and commercial jazz, through routines.

Think Chicago, All That Jazz and Sweet Charity! Built on the foundations of jazz and swing music, jazz dance is a high energy form using movements from a variety of techniques drawn from ballet, swing, vaudeville and African dance traditions combined with stylized choreography.
This beginner program allows students to take the 2 most popular forms of dance in one class. The jazz/hip hop class teaches fundamental jazz steps and combines the elements of hip hop moves and contemporary music.
ADAPT students are able enjoy quality technical training, supporting good competitive values along with enhancing stronger performance abilities.
Step onto a Broadway stage, or walk on set of your favourite pop music video. Jazz dance explodes with energy as it has you kicking and leaping across the floor to some popular show tunes. We offer various levels and styles to get you moving.
Most basic/easiest classes, with no/little experience required. Anyone can join! More experienced dancers may also take this level to focus more on the aspects of performing and details in class.
