Welcome to Dancefit Canada, where the dancer and athlete meet. We are so excited to welcome everyone back to share the dance floor for Fall 2021 as we embark on our 11th year teaching dance and fitness to those as young as three and as youthful as 93!. We offer both recreational and competitive dance, cultivating creativity in all our dancers in a safe, healthy and positive environment.
We offer ballet, tap, jazz, Acro, lyrical, hip hop, and Musical Theatre as well as a fun Adult dance program : Ballet, Tap, Salsa, Belly Dance and Zumba. Please feel free to contact Doris Kates,owner and director for more information to join our Dancefit Family.

Students are introduced to rhythm and coordination through jazz dance steps, while developing their sense of musicality.
Geared specifically to dancers 5 years to adult. One of the most popular styles of dance. Energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, leaps, turns and line formations. Classes are 60 minutes.
Step onto a Broadway stage, or walk on set of your favourite pop music video. Jazz dance explodes with energy as it has you kicking and leaping across the floor.
