This is a high-energy class loaded with fun that encourages rhythm, coordination, strength, and flexibility. We typically divide our jazz class into three parts: warm-up, across the floor, and choreography.
A jazz class’s pace is much quicker than a ballet class and is conducive to high-energy dancers who like to jump and move.
