Students will begin with a warm-up followed by a variety of stretching and strengthening exercises before working across the floor on turns, leaps and kicks.
Our jazz classes provide our dancers with fun, upbeat, age appropriate music to express themselves emphasizing proper technique, terminology, and history. Students are well-prepared in the genre following the ADAPT Jazz Syllabus designed by Mr. Brian Foley.

Typical class structure continues starting with a warm-up and muscle stretch to develop and improve flexibility. Emphasis is placed on the importance of energy, rhythmical accuracy, and style.
