Vision Impaired students may attend both general and vision impaired classes once they have made sufficient progress in the vision program.
In Seido Karate there are many pupils, from children to adults, including men and women over the age of sixty who are now past their prime but who continue to train; Seido Karate has permeated into their daily lives. LBKA’s Little Lion’s encompass our 4-6 year old students. This age group also has its own belt grading system.
Shotokan Karate is a form of unarmed combat - However the "karate-ka" also uses their feet, knees and  elbows. Karate as a martial art was cultivated in the island of  Okinawa, south of mainland Japan.
