DurationOnce your child has completed the Junior Music Course, he/she will take part in a “Fundamental Skills Survey” to confirm his/her musical achievement. Teachers refer to survey results to correctly place students in advanced courses of study such as the Junior Extension Course and Junior special Advanced Course.
As the children develop more advanced musical skills, they are also encouraged to express themselves by performing and composing their own music through programs like Junior original Concert.

The Junior Music Course (JMC) is a unique four-year keyboard-based program of weekly group lessons designed to give your child the best beginning possible for the development of necessary music skills.
The Flute, Violin, Trumpet, Saxophone and Strings you name the instrument and with the keyboard, you can play them all ! The magic of the keyboard is such that the one who plays the keyboard can rule the rest !
A direct descendant of the piano, the keyboard is a similar and less expensive option, for many students who wish to gain a basic understanding of musical notes and piano playing.
Keyboard classes are offered by Sree Thyagaraja School of Music & Dance. The Experienced Teachers at Sree Thyagaraja School of Music & Dance strive tirelessly to ensure refinement of your skills. We are providing Practice & graded assessments.
This is an Entry level foundation course for students who are entirely new to the field of Music. The school is headed by experienced trainer with the maximum qualification classical knowlegde. Music school is affilicated to Annamalai university.
