You'll develop dance skills and learn stylised routines that will build your confidence, power and sensuality.
Focusing on one full choreographed routine per 4x week course, it's the perfect opportunity to bring out your inner female goddess.
Located in the centre of Cardiff, 5 minutes from Cardiff Central Station our beautiful, spacious dance studio is home to our wonderful Dance School and hosts some of the best adult dance and fitness classes in Cardiff.
Our hour long classes across a range of dancing styles are both enjoyable, nurturing and progressive in their nature as well as being focused on technique and performance.
Learning to dance correctly in heeled dance shoes is extremely important and this class is aimed at our over 14's who have already danced in New Yorkers and who wish to progress to be able to dance confidently and safely in stiletto heels.
