High Heels mixed with Frame Up Strip technique in a sexy yet dynamic choreo. Learning the technique and tricks through the choreography to improve floorwork - that’s our focus! Bring your regular heels or strip shoes (both will work), knee pads is a must to keep your knees safe.
Heels classes are offered by DM Studios. We are really keen to help our adult dancers get fit, make new friends and have loads of fun doing the one thing we all enjoy, dance!
