You'll develop dance skills and learn stylised routines that will build your confidence, power and sensuality.
Focusing on one full choreographed routine per 4x week course, it's the perfect opportunity to bring out your inner female goddess.

Our hour long classes across a range of dancing styles are both enjoyable, nurturing and progressive in their nature as well as being focused on technique and performance.
High Heels mixed with Frame Up Strip technique in a sexy yet dynamic choreo. Learning the technique and tricks through the choreography to improve floorwork - that’s our focus! Bring your regular heels or strip shoes (both will work), knee pads is a must to keep your knees safe.
