Shirkka martial Arts is an advanced Martial Arts centre where we focus on the improvement of kids by teaching them Self-defence. We teach a variety of Martial arts that majorly includes Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. We believe it is very important for one to be independent and know how to defend themselves.
Children learn genuine Japanese karate in structured classes, helping essential Shitoryu karate movements become second nature, all the way to black belt. Sensei Sandra delivers classes every week.  Our class environment is quiet, although kids shout loudly when instructed! Oss!

This class teaches you the most practical and dynamic movements of these styles without kata, pomsae, horse riding stances or hands on hips. Although these have their place in traditional arts, this class will arm you with only the most combative strikes, stances and protective positions.
Gold Coast Chito-Ryu Karate’s Kids Classes are designed specifically for kids aged 8-15yrs, this is the perfect place for your children to learn karate in a safe environment.
Our Little Dragons program is specially designed to engage and inspire 5 to 8 year olds. Using skill based games, obstacle courses and simple movements like rolls and tumbles, kids learn basic karate techniques and develop their movement and coordination.
