Course Details

Chidokan Karate-Do is a style of Karate that originated from Shotokan Karate-Do.  Many of the training techniques, kata and kihon are identical or very similar to those seen in most other Karate Dojos.

Our style focuses on building a strong foundation through kihon exercises and kata training. When Sasaki Sensei created Chidokan, he borrowed and developed a number of techniques and exercises that are a fairly unique to our style.

The details of these techniques, exercises and kata are for Chidokan students only, but if you want a sneak peek, drop us a line and we’ll see what we can send you.
