If you look back over his 30+ years as a professional musician, you’ll see him gigging professionally, teaching all over the world, and applying his skills in the recording studio.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Music from the University of Auckland; Studied Jazz Performance at Massey University (NZSM); He also holds a G/Diploma in Music Teaching; Being one of the two NZ Examiners of Rockschool UK under AMEB.
In his own teaching, Frank’s focus is on CCM Voice Coaching (Contemporary Commercial Music); Contemporary Guitar/Bass Tutoring & Pop, Rock and Jazz Band Training.
However, since starting Frank’s Music School he has brought on other tutors to offer lessons in all the contemporary instruments including Vocal lessons, Guitar lessons, Drums lesson, Bass lessons, Keyboard lessons, Piano lessons, Ukulele lessons, Saxophone lessons, Trumpet lessons, Violin Lessons, as well as Songwriting lessons, Music production lessons & Music Theory lessons etc. at multiple locations throughout the Auckland region.
The piano and keyboard have long been favourite instruments to learn and our dedicated tutors have seen many students thrive; performing at music concerts and activities throughout the country.

Our private keyboard lessons are tailored to suit your child’s individual needs and preferences. We create a progressive curriculum that engages your child, hones their skills, creates a solid foundation in terms of technique, music theory knowledge and understanding.
Keyboard classes are offered by Crawshaw Music School. We are currently the largest provider of one on one lessons on the Kapiti Coast.
