Benefits of Kids Karate

Physical activity is important in the development of children’s health and wellbeing, forming the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Through Kids Karate there are many skills and disciplines learnt resulting in a challenging and enjoyable activity for children of all ages.

KKC Karate encourages positive thinking and doing one’s best with an emphasis on teaching all students the importance of treating others with respect and courtesy regardless of ability, grade, gender or age. We also promote team spirit and we encourage all students to be responsible for their actions.

The Kids Karate Club enables children to channel their energies into positive outcomes, improving mental discipline and concentration. Kyokushin Karate improves fitness, strength, flexibility, co-ordination and general body conditioning.

Your child can achieve all this and more with KKC Karate.

Grading’s are normally held quarterly in March, June, September & December (or as determined by the IFKKA).
