Designed for ages 6-15, this class helps children develop agility, discipline, and confidence while learning valuable self-defense skills. Led by experienced instructors who understand the unique needs of young students, Kids MMA at Combat Kinetics is a foundation for fitness, focus, and lifelong skills.
What Your Child Will Learn

Our approach to fitness training differs from the run of the mill globo-gyms and fitness studios out there that people are used to. We do not believe in artificial climate control, muscle isolation and machine assisted workouts, mirrors and color coded shakers. Our units are ‘no frills’, ‘no gimmicks’ and very spartan. We don’t do fancy; We do effective!
The basic fitness program component is only 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week but will give you martial arts based fitness foundation to move into any sport, activity or challenge and hit the ground running. We use High as well as low intensity, high volume full-body combat fitness with complex movements and completely scalable progressions. Our periodisation and programming is based on solid sports science and time tested martial arts strengthening components. Dont use machines…. Be the machine!
Combat Kinetics is all about running, sprinting, jumping, crawling, throwing, climbing, rolling and having complete control over your body and mind. We work on more than just isolated strength, machine assisted endurance and bulky muscles. We don’t have trainers, we have coaches. We have combined the latest aspects of sports science with gymnastics, yoga, martial arts, calisthenics and strongman workouts to provide you with a program which flawlessly combines the best aspects of each of these systems with the other.
The result? True strength, extreme mobility, explosive power, elite endurance and a superbly balanced physique. Our General Physical Preparedness(GPP) programs have provided the fitness base for over 100 national and international medals, including World and Asian level championships across multiple combat sports.
MMA Course is Offered by The Lion Heart Combat Club.
Mixed Martial Arts training is offered by Bodhi Dharma Martial Arts for all skill level. Martial Arts training center in Ernakulam run by Master Suran who have more than 50 years of experience.
In each session, training will comprise of exercises for strength-building, and practice of Martial Arts techniques. It usually takes 6 months to get a higher belt and with each gradation, exercises and techniques change significantly.
