Camp activities will include:
Create some Hogward’s inspired snacks from colourful fruits and veggies such as Mandrake roots and Gilly Weed tea
Make a mural of the Mysteries of our Wizarding Cooking school
Snack on delicious Howler Pizza pockets, Eyes on You Avocado Toast
Cast spells with your wand and make some Black Magic pictures
Learn about how Indigenous people used the magic powers of the plants to heal
Bake up some Wizard Hat cupcakes and Homemade burgers
Dress up for the wizarding picnic
About Cook Smart
started in the kitchen of Kathy Stewart, with her three small children learning how to cut veggies for their pizza toppings. The kids were excited to practice their new skills, especially when they could snack at the same time. As their confidence grew using a knife, they became curious for greater challenges and were soon cooking and baking inspired creations for the whole family. Seeing the independence that only a few simple cooking skills gave her own children, Kathy created a vision for Cook Smart.

We comprehend confectionery art - we learn to bake and decorate cookies, decorate sweet desserts for a candy bar under the guidance of an experienced pastry chef.
In our free Kids in the Kitchen classes, your kids can cook up a storm, make a mess and learn how to clean it up! Taught by our in-house chef, these classes are a great way to get your kids into the kitchen
In this fun hands on course, kids will learn Classic Baking Methods, like how to measure wet & dry ingredients, or separate eggs! We'll create some delicious treats for the family to enjoy.
Cooking for Kids’ purpose is to raise money and awareness for Holland Bloorview, its kids and families, as well as show individuals of all ages their hidden culinary talents. There may even be some exciting special guests popping in along the way!
Come check out the C5 Youth Hub located at the Clareview Recreation Centre (entrance 3). We run several programs to keep youth busy after school and during summer and winter breaks.
