This is a great, hands-on private lesson for beginners!  Learn all the basic skills of crocheting in just one session. We will introduce you to crochet basics, including slip knot, chain stitch, single, double & treble crochet, joining new yarn & how to read a pattern.
Enjoy a class with us, online or in-person at the shop, and expand your knitting knowledge! We offer basic, advanced, and specific topic classes at different times during the year. In our knitting lessons, each student chooses his/her project according to his/her interests and objectives. Places are initially reserved for students who have registered for a session and then the remaining places are allocated to students wishing to enroll in an à la carte course.
At Wayside Weeds and Wool, Amanda Carrigan produces handspun and natural-dyed yarns, hand-knitted accessories and original patterns and kits. Her patterns have been published in the ‘101 Lace One-Skein Wonders’ book from Storey Publishing, through KnitPicks, and on Ravelry.
