Every class is different because every student is different. Our instructors focus on the student’s primary objectives in learning the language. Whether the student’s aim is to learn survival Korean before taking a trip, or to learn the proper vocabulary to write a business proposal in Korean, we can design the course to meet the student’s professional, social, or educational needs.
Our mission is to set a new standard for English language programs in order to meet the growing demands of America’s diverse immigrant and student population.

Korean is spoken in South and North Korea by about 70 million people. There are about 3 million Koreans in China and Japan and smaller numbers in Russian and the ex Soviet States of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as well as in the United States.
Our Education Center is established and operated by the Korean government to support educational activities related to the Korean language, Korean history, and Korean culture for overseas Koreans in five states of the southwestern.
Our classes are designed for adults and children at all levels of proficiency, from complete beginners to those who are well-experienced in a language.
Korean course is offered by Austin Community College’s Official World Languages Department (WOLA).
