We teach in a very organic way so that dancers learn how to lead and to follow with improvisation, rather than learn choreography. Without the pressure of exams or medals we have a lot of fun on the dance floor.
Modern Sequence is based on the normal Ballroom and Latin American dances but everyone dances the same standardised sixteen bar sequence at the same time.
Ballroom Dancing consists of the Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango and Viennese Waltz. In addition to these authentic rhythms, slow and quick rhythm dancing is also popular.
