School Of Modern Dance opened it's doors in January 2013 as a studio for Russian-Speaking Community, where most popular styles were Eastern-European Folk and Ballet.
Throughout the years, we expanded and began to offer classes in Latino Mix, Heels, Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Caribbean Moves, Vogue, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Stretching, Ballet Barre Fitness and more.
You can take classes for fun or become a part of performing team! We offer classes at our two locations - Kanata South and Bells Corners.
Foxtrot Dancing classes are offered by Slava Talent Ballroom Dance Studio. Group classes are a fantastic addition to your personalized dance program since you can practice new steps and review steps you may have already learned.
Prepare for your wedding reception by letting us choreograph a first dance that will look great on your video, dazzle your family and friends, and be fun and memorable for you!
Some dances are easier to start with than others. Your professional instructor will be happy to guide you along this new and exciting journey.
Students are exposed to elegant and disciplined routines that provide a wide range of exposure to various dance disciplines, providing more opportunity for growth as serious dancers.
