This short course is focused on ‘self’ to bring awareness to the student on how they are experiencing the theory and practice. The course will help you see through multiple perspectives, to critically investigate phenomena that presents itself, to discern, and to wisely choose attitude, approach and action for the good of all.
The short course explores the fundamentals of coaching skills, competencies, frameworks, models and tools through theoretical presentation, group discussions, practical coaching exercises and reflective processes.
Learning Outcomes:
The Foundation for Professional Development (FPD) was established in 1997 as a department in the South African Medical Association (SAMA).
