Leadership 101

Leadership Skills is the original YLX program for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. Up to 48 class members meet monthly, September through May, and learn about personal leadership skills and community service. Students are selected from schools across the Oklahoma City Metro.

You’re tasked with influencing others—serving as both role model and guide—all without losing sight of what makes you unique. You have to walk the tightrope between authority and relationship-building, and know how to establish trust while setting boundaries.
