The Fundamentals course is designed for people in, or moving into, leadership roles to help understand the difference between Leadership and Management, and possible issues with moving into a leadership role for the first time.
The Essentials course is designed for people in, or moving into, leadership roles to help them understand how a diverse workplace can help lead to a positive working environment. How understanding different communication styles can help with interpersonal workplace relationships and what positive workplace relationships look like, how to build and maintain them.
