Leadership At The Peak

Focus on leadership where you are: at the top. We understand that leading an organization is a powerful—and humbling—experience. Top leaders play an enormous role in the success of organizations. They need to excel in new ways. The challenges of leadership at the top, particularly in the Federal space, are far-reaching, complex, and essential to get right.

Leadership at the Peak is designed for participants who are senior executives in the top three tiers of an organization, have more than 15 years of management experience and leadership responsibility for 500 or more people, and have submitted an application for admission.

• Enhance executive image and influencing skills
• Learn to balance and sustain personal energy
• Inform and provoke conversations around the following questions: What is working and what is not working?, What is next for me professionally? Personally?, What will it take to get to "next"?, Do I want to do what it takes?, How can I increase my ability to lead with versatility?, and What will my action plans be for meeting organizational challenges and driving priorities?
