Our Leadership Skills Courses are available onsite in Sydney and online in the virtual classroom. Our expert instructors provide engaging and hands on short workshops providing leadership skills training for supervisors and new managers who need to learn foundational leadership behaviours required in their roles.  

Summary Course Outline

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

• Identify and adapt to the qualities of a good leader
• Identify personality styles of team members and adjust behaviors accordingly
• Learn the skills of effective communication
• Learn how to diagnose team members requirements and adapt leadership styles accordingly
• Understand the skills required to delegate effectively
• Learn to give positive and constructive feedback to team members
• Learn the skills and behaviours of coaching team members
• Demonstrate the techniques to counsel a team member to address performance gaps
