Training provides the opportunity to learn new skills. However, it takes practice and concerted effort before learning becomes a new way of doing things. Our programmes follow a process to ensure new skills become habits.
Awareness: Start by setting personal leadership goals in conjunction with the programme facilitator, the participant and their manager.
Learning: Attend four x 3.5-hour workshops. The content for each workshop is individually tailored for either first line leaders or leading leaders.
Applying: Complete the activities and practice exercises after each workshop.
Reflecting: Receive one-on-one personalised coaching after each workshop to integrate and refine the application activities and exercises.
Refining: Maintain a record of coaching to reflect on leadership practice.
Results: On completion of the programme review the learning goals and set new objectives.
