Leaders will complete a comprehensive Leadership Development Needs Survey to determine their needs for development. The survey is completed by the actual participant, as well as the participants' leader to gain both views on what is important to their work and where they need development. This ensures you are getting a program to meet the real needs of your group in your organization. We will then develop a program based on the actual needs of your specific group.
