Leadership Development Programmes

Our programmes will be rooted in the academic excellence of the School of Education, and collaborative work with other departments across the Liverpool John Moores University.

The Centre of Educational Leadership will host programmes that assist leaders and organisations to improve and excel in their practice.

Coaching for Educators

• We have a community of coaching practitioners across the university and our School is dedicated to developing executive coaching across educational settings that support, guide and develop middle leaders, executive leaders and educators. We can provide organisational support through coaching programmes, coaching training and executive level coaching provision.

Leadership CPD offers

• The Centre of Educational Leadership seeks to offer well designed, and innovative professional learning that support leaders at all stages across the region and beyond.
• We provide a suite of CPD offers both accredited and non-accredited. Our leadership CPD combines scholarship and practice in education leadership from ‘leading diverse teams’ and ‘leading networks in education’ to ‘leading research’ and ‘managing education budgets’.

• We approach collaborative provision using key organisational development processes.

• We will always ‘Listen’ to understand key issues and ideas for change and improvement in education

• We will work with institutions to develop networks that generate support that addresses local and regional needs
