In this session, afterschool program educators will learn practical methods for successful leadership of the afterschool team, how to prioritize issues that are on trend, such as Social-Emotional Learning, as well as understanding the legal “do’s and don’ts” for managing a team, beginning with hiring, supervising, guiding, and when necessary, firing.
