Leadership Training

Developed by people with lived experience of mental Illness and Neurodivergence, theatre makers and therapists to develop a robust understanding of what leadership is and how to inspire, influence and create change.

We look to break the stigma of mental health and what is portrayed and perceived.
At Headspace we do not solely focus on mental health but it is a part of every single one of us and we use this as an inspiration for creativity. We develop creative output for performances, competitions, production and exhibitions
