By the end of this workshop, delegates will:
Understand what it means to be a leader and how everyone can consciously be in leader mode more of the time
Be able to describe the leader they want to be and the impact they want to have on others
Have identified an opportunity where they can be in "leader mode" more of the time in their current role
Pre work- Reflect on the following:
Who is the best leader you have ever worked with/for and what made them the best for you?
What do you care about most in life - in other words, what matters to you, what do you value most or what do you have most passion for? (e.g the planet, family, quality of life, purpose, ambition, money, health etc)
