Lean Leadership And Change

The course is designed to focus on building the knowledge necessary for leaders to implement and sustain a Lean culture while identifying the issues that are preventing them from achieving success. The course will also focus on the roles and functions of leadership in effecting and managing Change within organisations.

Successful organisations are those that make continual improvement and continually challenge themselves in order to adopt relevant ans up-to-date compliances that fit the needs of the organisation and the people it serves. Organisations must change in response to new threats and opportunities, otherwise it will become extinct.

Training Outcomes:

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• analyse the changes likely to occur in their own organisation in the future
• design an Organisational Change Strategy and management programme
• describe the drivers of Change
• assess their leadership and team skills for use in the Change process
• analyse the Changes necessary in their Management skills to cope with change
