Lean Six Sigma Green Belts are responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques within the organization and lead small scale projects. Green belts are more like foot soldiers to Black belts gathering data and assisting them in successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma within the organization. As a green belt, you will be able showcase your commitment towards reducing costs, improving processes, and streamlining projects.
