Taking part in this 5-day certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course provides attendees with the knowledge and skills to participate at Green Belt level in Lean Six Sigma projects.

The course combines Yellow Belt training with the more advanced Green Belt training. It begins by exploring Lean Six Sigma, offering a clear insight into its principles and benefits in business process improvement projects.

Delegates will gain an understanding of the full project cycle, from selecting a suitable Lean Six Sigma project to implementing process controls on completion.

The inclusion of practical workshops and exercises gives delegates the opportunity to develop and practise their Lean Six Sigma skills.

By the end of the course attendees will be able to identify and undertake improvement projects that deliver outcomes such as reduced waste, greater productivity, enhanced quality, increased customer satisfaction and lower operational costs.

The training is led by expert tutors, including Master Black Belts who have been instrumental in the development of ISO 18404, the standard for Lean and Six Sigma.
