The course combines Yellow Belt training with the more advanced Green Belt training. It begins by exploring Lean Six Sigma, offering a clear insight into its principles and benefits in business process improvement projects.
Delegates will gain an understanding of the full project cycle, from selecting a suitable Lean Six Sigma project to implementing process controls on completion.
The inclusion of practical workshops and exercises gives delegates the opportunity to develop and practise their Lean Six Sigma skills.
