Our general French classes meet once a week for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on class size and the level of classes ranges from A1 to C2. We limit the number of students in our classes to 8 students maximum.
The Alliance Française de Philadelphia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people learn French and deepen their knowledge of Francophone cultures.
We do that by offering a wide variety of classes for all levels, many cultural events and a welcoming community. In the time since we temporarily closed our physical doors in March.
We have continued to enthusiastically and successfully fulfill our mission by innovating and adapting our offerings and transitioning to an online virtual platform.
WWL offers face to face and remote language courses. Language research tells us that no matter the age, all of us learn our second (or third or fourth!) language the same way we learn our first language.
Students in the Beginner French Immersion Program will be able to conduct a simple conversation in French after only 10 lessons. Basic vocabulary and structure of language. Learn French! We offer fun, interactive classes and private lessons for adults. Other than complete beginners, it is necessary to evaluate all new or returning students in order to place them in the correct level. Evaluations are free, brief (5 to 10 minutes), painless and without obligation.
Enjoy learning French online speaking with native! Stop learning with boring apps and speaking French to robots. Enjoy the pleasure of learning French with real people. Private lessons give you the most bang for your buck. Private (1:1) is the most effective way to learn a new language.
French Language classes are offered by The Arts Center for All. Experience such a beautiful French language with the culture, arts, and food!
