This class is for students who already know how to cast on, the knit and purl stitch and knitting in the round, but would like to advance to making their first sweater in the round!
This Gorgeous Pattern by Petite Knits, titled Novice Sweater is the pattern we will be following. Price of class does not include the materials.
In this class you will learn the following:
- Knitting on circular needles
- Basic yoke sweater construction
- Understanding basics of pattern reading
- Understand gauge and picking the right size for you
- Joining in the round without twisting your stitches
- Basic increase stitches
- 5 most common mistake with knitting in the round
****** Presently we are allowing 6 people in the class at a time.
****** You must come in advance of the class to pick your yarn. Please come in anytime during store hours to pick your yarn but this must be done at least 1 days prior of the class in order for us to wind the yarn and have ready for your class.
