Course Details

The programme consists of seven taught days, approximately one day per month including a final day celebration event.  Delegates are also required to develop, undertake and present a service improvement or innovation project.

Are you looking to further develop your clinical leadership skills in 2025? 

  • The ‘Learning to Lead' programme aims to develop clinical healthcare leaders so that they have the required knowledge, skills and capability to have a positive personal impact on the work of others, and to support the delivery of safe and high quality patient care.
  • The programme will include seven taught days at a Cambridge Venue, where you will come together with colleagues and hear from local and national leaders.
  • The course is open to all Consultants, GPs and Senior Nursing and AHP staff (Band 8A and above) who seek to develop and refine their clinical leadership skills.
