This course is designed to enable students to gain the knowledge and skills required to work in a range of different environments, within a variety of customer service roles. During this course you will develop an understanding of how to carry out a range of tasks, such as how to manage information and deal with challenging situations, whilst providing excellent customer service.
This comprehensive course is ideal for those already working in a customer-facing role or for those wanting to improve their job prospects and will expand your understanding of customer service.
As the course is completed online, the use of a computer or laptop is recommended, however all students have access to our campus libraries including our quiet study spaces and computer suites!
