Sporting activities
The College runs a number of sporting activities including table tennis, zumba and football. New activities are introduced throughout the year and are publicised around the college.

Fundraising
Each year the College run a number of fundraising activities which support both local and national charities. Whilst all students are encouraged to join in activities, Fundraising forms part of Level 1 study programme.

Volunteering
The College actively encourages students to participate in volunteering opportunities. It is recognised volunteering offers students the opportunity to meet new people, have fun and develop essential employability skills.
Examples of volunteering students have participated in are marshalling at sports events, working in a charity shop, supporting at a youth club and running community events.

This 1 day workshop will encourage participants to look at mindfulness as a tool for both personal wellbeing and professional advantage. Participants will try out a number of techniques and see what works best for them.
