Customer Service within Travel and Tourism
An Introduction to the Role of Cabin Crew
You also have the opportunity to gain an additional Certificate in Introduction to Cabin Crew.
How is the course assessed?
Assessment is through observed project completion, written coursework, and formal examination. Students are expected to spend additional independent study hours on research and homework to successfully complete this programme.
What can this course lead to?
You can progress onto further study in this area, such as a Level 3 qualification, or begin your career in an entry level job in the industry.
What trips does this course involve?
As part of the course students will attend a unique ‘Air Cabin Training’ trip in which they’ll take part in an additional assessment. The department also organise other industry related trips and visits to ensure students gain the most out of their college learning experience.
Work Experience opportunities are supported by our Industry Liaison Officer, who will find opportunities that are right for you. These will give you key experiences ready for your future.
We also benefit our community by taking part in social action projects which help with development and skill progression, as well as making a difference locally.
