Welcome to HRd Bristol. HRd Bristol was established in 2005 when colleagues Lisa and Sandra decided to join forces and form a consultancy that would enable them to fulfil their passion for developing people.
Together we have over 60 years’ experience of developing people through coaching and facilitation of learning which includes the provision of high quality ILM courses. During this time we have supported hundreds of people in leadership roles to develop. Over the last year or so we have decided to follow our passion and energy and shift our focus to concentrate on coaching.
As Level 7 qualified Executive Coaches, we provide much valued genuine and honest conversations for leaders and managers who wish to move forward in achieving their goals.
This course is suitable for managers and staff members who are required to coach others towards their full potential.
We only run in-house workshops so we can tailor each one to our clients needs, people and culture.
The Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for supervisors and first line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams and achieve objectives.
The Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is designed for current or aspiring coaches who provide one-to-one coaching in a professional environment. This could be a full-time coaching role, but more likely will be individuals coaching alongside their day job.
The role of the Apprenticeship Workplace Mentor is crucial to the success of the apprentice. This course is designed to provide a broad range of tools to support you in your role as an apprenticeship mentor.
