Anyone who wishes to become a qualified and professional trainer and requires a nationally recognised trainer award. The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is the replacement for the previous PTLLS award. This course will provide the skills, knowledge and understanding to become an energetic and creative trainer.
What the course covers
Unit 1 Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
Unit 2 Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
Unit 3 Understanding the principles and practices of assessment or Understanding assessment in education
Course Duration:
4 day course for those choosing the classroom based option. This is delivered as 2 x 2 day sessions, separated over a period of about 2-3 weeks to support lesson plan development.
