This course is Ofqual accredited, therefore employees with this qualification will fulfil the requirements of the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) First Aid Regulations (1981), as well as any identified insurance requirements, to have a first aider on staff.

This Emergency First Aid at Work course is for anyone who wishes to become a confident first aider in low hazard workplaces such as shops, offices, gyms, hotels or where your risk assessment identifies a requirement for a first aider trained in emergency first aid at work.
The First Aid at Work qualification (FAW) is the highest workplace First Aid qualification you can receive. Its syllabus was initially designed in consultation with the HSE, and today is developed by Green Cross Training's own group of lead First Aid trainers.
This is a basic first aid course delivered over 3 hours. It covers a similar syllabus to the 1 day/6 hour Emergency First Aid at Work course but without as much details and with only brief practical sessions.
Candidates will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of Paediatric first aid situations. There are 2 main units involved in this training and they are Emergency Paediatric First Aid and Managing Paediatric Illness, Injuries and Emergencies.
Mental Health first aid courses are equipping individuals with skills that save lives.It offers the same learning outcomes and every person who completes the course will be certified as a Mental Health First Aider.
