Is Dental Nursing right for me?

The Level 3 Dental Nurse course is the start of your dental nurse career, your licence to practise.

It will give you the knowledge and skills to develop further and give you the skill to be able to work safely as part of the dental team caring for patients.

You will be gaining a clear understanding of your professional role, and how you could further progress if you wanted to.

How do I start?

You will need to find a dental practice that is happy to employee you as a Trainee Dental Nurse. When you are settled into contracted employment, we will work with you to help you to start your study.

Whilst we do not offer recruitment solutions for students, we are quite often approaoched by practcies who are hoping to take on a Traine Dental Nurse. We will share their Trainee Dental Nurse vacancies on our social media pages so keep your eye on our Facebook & Instagram pages & be sure to give us a follow!

You can also contact us by phone or the contact tab – Learner Enquiries ([email protected])

Once qualified you will need to keep up to date with your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as determined by the Dental Regulator.

CPD is about keeping your knowledge and skills as a dental professional up to date. At Tooth Fairies we provide lots of CPD courses that can help you to keep your CPD up to date, and to help you to develop scope of practice skills as well.

All our courses can be delivered in the centre or in practice for whole teams.
