Percipio Training was started in 2014 because we wanted to create a customer focused business that puts integrity before profit. We still abide by this core value today as we uphold honesty with our customers by not surprising them with unexpected costs. The price we quote is what you can expect to pay.

Our Back Story

Starting our own company gave us an opportunity to really think about how people learn. We did extensive research to find the best teaching and learning methods. Creating an inclusive learning experience was the best way forward for us.

We achieved this approach by engaging with candidates and taking time to understand how they would like to learn. Our brain friendly techniques are still evolving as we continue to innovate our range of flexible learning pathways, including live webinars delivered to candidates around the world.

We knew that training employees can be expensive and may not necessarily deliver on expectations for improvements in compliance. Value in our mind was about is delivering quality at an affordable price.

We reached into the marketplace with a wide range of competitively priced training courses. Customers were impressed because they got value for money as training did make a difference in providing a safer and more productive workplace.
