The Swedish Massage treatment is one of the most popular mainstream holistic therapies and is offered at any reputable spa or beauty treatment clinic. Learn the techniques at one of our training centres on our 1 Day Swedish Massage course in the UK.
Reflexology is viewed as a holistic therapy which helps the body to maintain “homoeostasis”, a state of harmony and equilibrium or balance. The method by which this is done is by applying pressure to points on the feet that correspond with the specific points on the body.
Our Reflexology course is designed to teach you how to competently perform one of the most in-demand holistic therapy massages within the industry, as well as incorporating the theoretical knowledge behind reflexology, and the various massage movements required for this particular treatment.
The course is designed over eight modules, spread over a period of 11 months, giving learners more time between course dates to complete home study and case studies. Each module represents two consecutive Saturdays (April intake) or Tuesdays (September intake).
