This is an online course which covers the Anatomy and Physiology required for Level 2 & Level 3 National Occupational Standards (NOS) for beauty, nails and holistic treatments.
This underpins your therapy studies, giving you an insight into the physiology needed to make informed decisions about treating your clients safely and objectively and circumstances when you would avoid or adapt treatment.
This is an all course work based course to be done in your own time at your own pace. Once purchased, the work will be e-mailed to you by a member of staff for you to complete. Once completed it will be marked and if completed to a significant standard we will present you with a certificate.
You will also learn about the structure, function and pathologies of the human body systems including, the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and reproductive system.
A Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology forms a solid foundation for all your therapy courses. This qualification is a pre-requisite if you want to study Swedish Massage, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy or Reflexology.
