Key responsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial/budget and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.
Roles may include: Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager and specialist managers.

What are the entry requirements?
Applicants should be in emplyment in a suitable role, including an operational management position where the study elements are required.
Applicants are required to have gained a Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE Grades 9-4 / A-C). Certificates will need to be produced at enrolment.
