How you’ll be assessed
At the end of the apprenticeship you’ll complete an end-point assessment – designed to check whether you’ve developed the required skills, knowledge and behaviours. This is conducted by an independent body to make sure it’s impartial. For this course, your end-point assessment organisation is AIM
You’ll complete an observation, an interview and a presentation of your coaching practice within a portolio of work – plus a knowledge test.
