We help you to step out the plan, we check in to ensure you remain on target. We are a personal trainer for you and your well-being.
As a rule of thumb, a life coach assists you in your goals, with a forward moving focus. While they will help you to address past events that affect your progress, they are not specialised in dealing with traumatic events or significant mental health challenges unless they have taken that training.
A coach comes in many forms and can work across different aspects of life. For example, transformational coach, emotional intelligence coach, business coach, career coach, relationship coach to name a few. Sometimes a coach will specialise in a particular area. With my broad experience and different modes of training, I can span across several different areas.

The World Health Organisation predicted that Mental Health would be the number 1 killer by 2020. Sadly, this became accurate one year earlier in 2019. The onslaught of a worldwide pandemic, while giving this sombre statistic a run for its money, also exacerbated the problem.
I always believe there has to be a purpose to life. In fact, research shows us that when we know our purpose we have more vitality in our lives – purpose is our vitality.
I love helping people to achieve their goals so they can live their life as they intend it and with good purpose. With over 20 years of experience in managing, coaching and mentoring people I absolutely practise what I preach. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has the resources and answers to achieve their own personal resolution within themselves. I am the pleasant conduit to that self-discovery.
I complete Professional Development every year to ensure I continue learning and provide you with simple and resourceful ways for change. This is also a constantly changing world with so much research so it is important to keep up to date with learning.
I offer one-to-one life and business coaching for anyone who is struggling with a transition in their lives, or seeking guidance or accountability to reach a goal or long-buried dream.
Life Coaching course is offered by Changemaker Consultants. People engaging in Life Coaching on the other hand are not so much seeking resolution to problems, but rather looking for coaching and accountability, and ideas for growth, change and development in their personal and professional lives.
