Welcome to the Homepage for one of the United Kingdom's Leading Complementary Health Therapy Practices. On the left of this page you can see a list of locations where our service is available. This is followed by a list of available therapies.

Please note that complementary health therapy is not an alternative to medical consultation. All medical complaints, illnesses and injuries should be first presented to a medical practitioner. Also weight loss can only be achieved as part of healthy eating and exercise.

Who and Qualifications?
Both practitioners (Paul & Denise) are qualified and insured. Both are 1st Aid Trained Appointed persons for Adult and Children.

Paul (the senior partner) is also an accredited supervisor with the Hypnotherapy Society and the Counselling & Psychotherapy society. He is also an accredited NVQ Assessor, and provides assessment for the NVQ Advice and Guidance awards, which are used by therapists for professional accreditation.

As well as the more advanced NVQ requirements, he also adheres to the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy. He himself holds an NVQ Level IV in Training & Development in the Industrial Context of Complementary Health Education.

He is also a Fellow of a number of professional bodies, including the Royal society for the Promotion of Health, the Institute of Health Promotion & Education, the Hypnotherapy Society and the Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.

He is also a Reiki Master Teacher. He is an accredited Hypnosis Instructor with the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy. He appears regularly in the media as an acknowledged expert in his field.

The "Stress Pack" training document, written by Paul, won a 2003 Award for Good Practice and Clinical Excellence from the Hypnotherapy Society. He has a professorship in Divinity subjects from the Church of Seven Planes Interfaith Seminary together with two honorary doctorates from the Seminary.

He has recently received a certificate of thanks from the Royal Society of Arts for assistance i facilitating local coffeehouse challenge discussion for the 2004 project.

Denise is also well qualified and is a member, and follows the code of conduct of the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy. She holds awards, diplomas and certificates in Hypnotherapy, Crystal Healing (incorporating the use of colour therapy, dowsing, kinesiology and meditation), counselling, pastoral counselling, spiritual psychotherapy.
